Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a successful SME in Crawley who are looking for an experienced and hands-on Accounts Assistant to join their team.

This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the accounts function, including purchase and sales ledger, processing invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, credit control and general finance administration. You''ll play an important role in keeping the accounts function running smoothly and supporting the wider business.

We''re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in an accounts/finance role
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, spreadsheets and data handling
• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• A proactive and organised approach
• The ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Previous experience within an SME would be advantageous
• Must a driver due to location
