Acting as a first point of contact for client billing and account queries, the successful candidate will ensure accurate, timely, and professional communication with both clients and colleagues.Key responsibilities include:Managing client billing queries and payment processingRaising and reconciling invoices using XeroSupporting credit control and chasing outstanding paymentsProcessing supplier invoices and assisting with purchase ledger tasksReconciling bank accounts and assisting with month-end reportingProviding general support across the finance function as requiredThe CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in a finance or accounts role (ideally within an MSP or similar service-based business - or fast paced environments)Working knowledge of Xero (preferred)Excellent attention to detail and numerical ..... full job details .....
