Accounts Assistant
Job Summary My client seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will support the organisation s financial operations by managing accounts payable, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their career within financial services, utilising a range of accounting software and systems. The role involves the diligent accounts management of a subsidiary (approx. 40m euros sales) in the EU and involves various reconciliation and cash management. Keys tasks in this fast moving business include Invoicing, multi-currency management, shipping costs allocation and the country purchase ledger including supplier due diligence and Vat returns (Credit control is not part of the role) . Training is given where required. The ideal candidate will have had some accounts experience and have the capacity to learn and develop. A proactive, diligent and self starter attitude is required. Example of duties core Duties Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date financial records Reconcile accounts using MS Navision Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports as required Support the finance team in processing invoices and expense claims Maintain organised records of all financial documents for audit purposes ..... full job details .....
