ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT BASINGSTOKE £30,000-£35,000 HybridSheridan Maine are actively recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a growing organisation in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities will include:Process supplier invoices, staff expenses, and company credit card transactionsPrepare and process weekly payment runsReconcile supplier statementsRaise customer invoices and credit notesAllocate customer payments to the correct accountsCashflow forecastingPerform bank reconciliationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience working within a finance or accounts environmentGood working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organisational and time-management abilitiesThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamThe role is being recruited on a temp to permanent basis and therefore candidates available at short notice will be considered favourably.
