A varied role, which involves transactional finance, month end duties and the opportunity to support with management accounts. You will be based from one of its offices in Nottingham city centre and will be able to work 1 day PW from home. DescriptionYour responsibilities will be very varied, and will include cash and banking, month end procedures, purchase and sales ledger, and credit control. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:Reconciling several bank accounts against the accounting system and allocating cash received. Month end bank reconciliations.Processing and coding purchase invoices and sub contractor invoices. Preparing weekly payment runs.Setting up new suppliers and customers on the system.Raising sales invoices and dealing with any customers'' invoice queries.Collecting outstanding debt. Preparing weekly debtors'' reports.Month end accruals and prepayments. Balance sheet reconciliations. Deferred income. Driving process improvements across your areas.
