This isn''t a trainee role, they need someone who''s already worked in a busy finance function, understands the fundamentals and can be trusted to get on with the job without needing their hand held.  You''ll be getting involved in:  Bank and balance sheet reconciliations Accounts Payable and invoice processing Supplier statement reconciliations Preparing payment runs Payroll schedules Intercompany recharges Credit control and chasing outstanding payments Accruals and prepayments Month-end processes Investigating and resolving discrepancies Producing internal finance reports   There''s a decent amount of variety, but the key thing is accuracy.
