This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience who is looking to broaden their skills across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while gaining valuable exposure to month-end processes and management accounting activities.Working within a collaborative team and reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the finance function.Your new role Raising weekly and monthly customer invoicesProcessing supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and data entryMatching invoices against purchase ordersProducing self-billed invoices for paymentSupporting debtor and creditor management activitiesReconciling supplier and customer accountsPerforming regular bank reconciliationsManaging supplier and customer queries professionally and efficientlyAssisting with month-end finance activitiesMaintaining accurate financial records and documentationWhat you''ll need to succeed Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar transactional finance positionStrong experience across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banking, or reconciliationsExperience using accounting softwareGood Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent attention to ..... full job details .....
