Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance function, maintaining accurate accounting records and assisting with loan administration and reporting activities.This is a varied role offering exposure to bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting and finance administration within a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts & Bookkeeping Post and reconcile transactions within Xero accounting software. Process bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations. Prepare and post journals. Monitor rent receipts and loan repayments. Process and post bank payments. Assist with the preparation of accounts for small companies. Loan Administration Prepare and issue end-of-term loan settlement figures. Liaise with the Portfolio Manager to ensure figures are accurate prior to issue.
