TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT PLACEMENTYour new role Invoice and Credit Note Management: Accurately process and verify invoices and credit notes; distribute via email and upload to relevant systems daily; manage and process credit requests efficiently.Payment Processing: Post and allocate customer payments to Sage accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation.Banking and Cash Flow: Maintain daily bank reconciliations and update the cash flow model; manage invoice discounting and trade loans; provide regular cash position reports.Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including invoice generation, debtor and creditor listings, VAT returns, and other key financial reports.Payroll Administration: Set up new employees, process payroll accurately, manage pension scheme administration, and complete year-end payroll tasks.Year-End and Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts, liaise ..... full job details .....
