Temporary Accounts Assistant Job - Glasgow City Centre Your new company A well-established property management company based in Glasgow City Centre is looking for an organised and reliable Temporary Admin / Accounts Assistant to support their busy team on a 2-3-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the property sector while working in a friendly, fast environment. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and this role is fully office-based. Your new role You''ll play a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, providing both administrative and accounts support across the business. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with purchase and sales ledger processingSupporting bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial recordsUpdating internal accounting systems, including XeroProviding finance administrative support to Property Managers.Handling incoming calls and directing enquiriesManaging shared inboxes and responding to general queriesUpdating internal systems and maintaining accurate recordsAssisting with tenant and client communicationSupporting general office organisation and ad-hoc tasksWhat you''ll need to succeed We''re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload.
