      <description>Location: Slough | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Accounts Assistant for a well established Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook area.Key Responsibilities:-Processing day-to-day transactions.Customer Accounts reconciliations.Credit Control - reconciling customer accounts and chasing for payment.Production of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required.Supplier Accounts reconciliations.Process supplier payments and any refunds.Inputting company expensesSkills required:-Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit ControlAttention to detailGeneral maths skillsFull Accounting skillsExperience in accounting software (Sage)Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlinesConfidentiality and trustworthinessData entry managementExcellent communication skillsFreight experienceWorking hours are; Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pmAs an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
