We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an accounts assistant.Responsibilities:Invoicing on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using our hire software MCSAssisting the credit controller with debt collection and managementReconciling monies inLiaising closely with the hire deskAll aspects of purchase ledger, including inputting of purchase invoices, reconciling statements, creating payments.Reconciling the company credit cardAssisting with month end journals for prepayments, accruals and deferred ..... full job details .....
