Accounts Assistant
Our client has a requirement for a permanent Accounts Assistant. £30K, can be hybrid, 3 days office 2 days WFH. Duties to include: Assisting with Purchase ledger invoice processing Assisting with Sales Ledger invoice processing Monitoring inboxes and dealing with enquiries Assisting with Recording, allocating and reconciling bank transactions Assisting with processing payment for staff expense Liaising with Customers and Suppliers Assisting with the creation of the weekly Cashflow Other tasks as required What you ll bring to the role Experience within a finance, accounts or administrative environment Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy when handling financial data Great problem-solving skills A positive attitude and a desire to learn new skills.
