- Process and manage sales ledger transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure prompt collections.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports for the Accounting & Finance team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any invoicing or payment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Support ad-hoc accountancy tasks as required by the department.
