Credit Controller / Accounts AssistantBristol£30,000 - £32,000 per annum + BenefitsDue to continued expansion, our client are looking to appoint a proactive and organised Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant to join their friendly finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous credit control experience who enjoys building customer relationships whilst gaining exposure to the wider accounts function within a dynamic and growing international business.Working within a small but experienced finance team, you will take ownership of the company''s credit control activities whilst supporting the day-to-day running of the finance department across both sales and purchase ledger, cash management and month-end processes.This role would suit someone with around 2-3 years'' experience in a finance or accounts environment who is looking to broaden their skills and develop their career within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include:Managing the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring customer accounts remain within agreed payment terms.Proactively contacting customers by telephone and email to recover outstanding debt whilst maintaining positive customer relationships.Investigating and resolving customer account queries, invoice disputes and payment issues.Allocating customer receipts and reconciling customer accounts.Producing aged debtor reports and ..... full job details .....
