Accounts Assistant - Construction - Haverhill - Full or Part Time - Hybrid and FlexiA growing business that operates in the construction industry on high end projects, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate, efficient account management.Key Responsibilities:• Support purchase ledger processes (invoice processing, reconciliations, supplier payments)• Assist with subcontractor administration (including CIS and HMRC submissions)• Manage company expenses, charge cards, and employee reimbursements• Handle accounts inbox, calls, and general finance admin• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and reporting data• Support vehicle-related cost tracking, expenses, and account managementWhat We''re Looking For: Confident communicator (email and phone) Experience in accounts/admin (purchase ledger preferred) Knowledge of CIS / HMRC processes (desirable) Experience in a construction / design industry Experience working with / processing sub-contractors (essential)Why Apply?• Varied, hands-on role across multiple areas of accounts• Supportive team environment• Opportunity to grow and develop your finance skills• Hybrid and flexi working available• Will consider full or part timers• Salary offering depends on experience, however in the region of £30k - £40k full time/equivalent• Standard hours 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday• 28 days annual leave plus bank, ..... full job details .....
