CMA is partnering with a well-respected local secondary school to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis to assist with workload. The role will report into the Finance Manager and be responsible for assisting with transactional processing including credit control. What will the Accounts Assistant role involve? Purchase ledger processing including allocating POs, reconciling supplier statements and printing statements.Bank reconciliations including uploading of transactions and statements.Credit control including allocating payments and chasing outstanding fees;Petty cash. Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy: Previous experience in a similar role, comfortable with a varied and diverse role;Immediately available to start;Sage experience would be beneficial but not essential;Happy to have an Enhanced DBS check upon successful completion.
