This is an excellent opportunity for someone with transactional finance experience who enjoys working in a hands-on role and wants to be part of a business where accuracy, teamwork and continuous improvement are valued.This position will be full time in the office during the first 6 months and then after that you will be able to work from home 2 days a week on a hybrid working arrangement.Working closely with the wider finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records and supporting the business as it continues to grow.Key responsibilities will include:Processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate purchase ledger recordsReconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice and payment queriesPreparing and assisting with supplier payment runsProcessing employee expense claims and ensuring correct coding and VAT treatmentManaging corporate card transactions and reconciliationsPosting and allocating cash receipts and paymentsAssisting with bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial recordsSupporting month-end activities and finance administration tasksAssisting with payroll administration where ..... full job details .....
