This is a hands-on 12-month maternity cover position supporting high-volume purchase ledger, banking and month-end activity. Key Responsibilities Process high volumes of purchase invoices accurately, matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes. Support the day-to-day purchase ledger function. Complete daily bank reconciliations across multiple bank and currency accounts. Post cash receipts and allocate payments accurately. Assist the finance team with month-end closing procedures. Support prepayments, accruals and general ledger maintenance. Handle internal and external finance-related queries and provide wider administrative support to the finance team. What We're Looking For Previous experience within a busy finance or accounts department is essential. Practical purchase ledger and banking experience is essential.
