As an Accounts Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team by capturing and entering costs accurately and efficiently, ensuring PM s have the correct information to hand in a timely manner to successfully manage all their jobs, and make the correct profit margin. Accounting Bookkeeping and data processing Suppliers, subcontractors, Customers Process weekly timesheets and expenses Process weekly and monthly payments via BACS Reconcile and process month end for suppliers Reconcile and file CIS monthly Reconcile and close the books every quarter and file the VAT returns Generate monthly counter charge schedule and invoices Reconcile monthly bank statement General Manage central inbox alongside Ops Manager Manage phone line ..... full job details .....
