This is a varied role covering transactional finance, reconciliations, and month-end duties. Key responsibilities: Processing purchase and sales invoices, credit notes and payments Managing purchase ledger and supplier statements Processing expenses and credit card transactions Bank and balance sheet reconciliations Supporting month-end, including journals, accruals and prepayments Processing subcontractor payments and applications Supporting CIS and VAT , including the Domestic Reverse Charge Assisting with HMRC submissions and maintaining accurate financial records Dealing with finance queries and supporting the wider team We''re looking for: AAT Level 3 qualified minimum - Level 4 or part-qualified advantageous Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role Experience across purchase ledger, sales, reconciliations and month-end Good Excel and accounting systems knowledge Strong attention to detail ...
