Accounts Assistant

Are you an accounts assistant with really good excel skills? Are you happy to work on site 5 days a week? Do you have experience of purchase ledger and sales ledger? If so we''d be keen to hear from you as our client with an enviable reputation in their market is looking to bolster the finance function with a personable and excel savvy accounts assistant. Supporting the finance director this role will be varied but the main responsibility will be ensuring the sales invoicing process is carried out accurately heavily utilising excel for maintaining accurate information. Experience of pivot tables, lookups and if statements are all required as is the ability to communicate well both face to face and over email.
