      <description>Location: Preston | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Our exclusive client, an Engineering business based in North Preston, are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a 12 month contract. The client is looking for someone for 30 hours per week and can be very flexible on the hours. You will also have the option of working from home.  Duties Include:  Processing supplier invoices and submitting invoices for approval Monitoring the purchase order system Resolving queries with external suppliers and internal buyers Processing employee expenses Credit card reconciliations Compiling mileage logs Adhoc financial reporting for the Finance Manager  Supporting the rest of the finance team where necessary Working on sage line 50 and Excel  To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working within a similar role, have a strong attention to detail, be a good communicator, be a good team player and have an enthusiastic and passionate approach to your role.
