Role Overview Manage purchase ledger activity, including processing supplier invoices and payments Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations Use online banking software, including NatWest Bankline, to process and monitor transactions Prepare, check and process CHAPS and BACS payments Post receipts, payments, invoices and journals accurately Assist with client and office account transactions and reconciliations Work closely with colleagues to investigate and resolve financial queries.
