Your new company A well-established accountancy practice with an impressive client portfolio that supports and advises businesses across.Your new role Our client, a well-established independent firm in West London, is seeking an Accounts and Tax Manager to join their close-knit team and play a key role in supporting a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses.Key Responsibilities This is a hands-on position offering a mix of accounts production, personal tax compliance and advisory work, together with responsibility for managing and developing client relationships.Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients Reviewing year-end statutory accounts prepared by junior team members Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns for directors and sole traders Providing tax planning and advisory support to clients Managing day-to-day client relationships and acting as the main point of contact Supporting the Partners with business development opportunities Supervising, mentoring and developing junior members of staff Ensuring work is completed accurately and within deadlines What you''ll need to succeed ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or qualified by experience) Previous experience gained within an accountancy practice environment Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and personal tax Experience managing a client portfolio Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with strong attention to ..... full job details .....
