The OpportunityIn this role, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor across a range of accounting and tax matters. Alongside this, you will play a key role in overseeing workflow, maintaining standards, and supporting the development of the wider team. Key duties will include:Managing a varied client portfolio and acting as the main point of contactLeading client meetings and providing practical, tailored adviceReviewing statutory accounts and tax returns to ensure compliance with relevant regulationsPlanning and allocating work to ensure deadlines and priorities are metMaintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and presentation across all deliverablesSupporting year-end compliance work, including P11Ds and other reporting requirementsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiencyBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term client relationshipsCoaching and mentoring junior team membersEnsuring all work is completed in line with professional and regulatory standards About YouYou will ..... full job details .....
