Raise and issue sales invoices in line with contractual terms. Perform weekly bank reconciliations for UK accounts. Manage weekly payment runs, including preparation and execution. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Support month-end close processes, including stock reconciliations, prepayments, and accrual accounting. Review supplier invoices against purchase orders, flagging discrepancies for resolution. Track and record production costs within publishing systems.
