Accounts and Payroll Assistant
Due to company growth, our Caterham based client are looking to hire an Accounts and Payroll Assistant to join the expanding Finance Team.Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE)Hours: Monday - Friday,9am - 5pm (Flexibility to start up to an hour earlier each day and finish time accordingly)Interested? Here''s some more info You will be an integral part of this family-run business, reporting to the Head of Accounts, you will be responsible for fortnightly and monthly pay runs as well as being involved in the day to day general accounts functions across all companies. Your duties will include:Ensuring all timesheets are received and approvedCollating expenses for paymentMaintaining HR absence and annual leave recordsProcessing starters and leaversAllocating timesheets to project costsOn-boarding subcontractorsChecking subcontractor invoices against timesheetsMaintaining employment contractsSending formal corresponding to staff regarding rates of pay, bonuses etcLiaising with third party HR consultants where necessarySubmitting timesheets / instructions to agenciesReporting on PAYE liabilities due for paymentProcessing SSP, SMP etcAdministering autoenrollment pensionInputting invoices and managing the invoice approval processReconciling statementsLiaising with suppliers on disputed/queried invoicesSetting up supplier payments on bank, posting to sage and sending remittancesLiaising with suppliers re payments dueDo you have the required skills and experience?Strong attention to ..... full job details .....
