This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented finance professional to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of a well-established organisation.The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of accounts administration and payroll processing, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained and contributing to the smooth running of the finance function.Type: Permanent, Full-Time, with part-time hours considered for the right candidateSalary: 28,000 per annum Location: Office-based, Liverpool Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records and support month-end financial processes.Process purchase and sales ledger transactions, ensuring invoices are recorded and paid accurately.Assist with bank reconciliations and daily banking activities.Support payroll processing, including the collation, checking, and submission of payroll information.Liaise with payroll providers and employees regarding payroll-related queries.Process staff expense claims and maintain payroll records.Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting.Monitor and maintain financial documentation in line with organisational procedures.Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and relevant legislation.Provide administrative ..... full job details .....
