Key Responsibilities: Manage the financial outsourcing for a portfolio of clients, including bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts in accordance with UK GAAP. Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and year-end deliverables are completed to high-quality standards and deadlines are met. Lead and develop a team of direct reports, managing performance, setting goals, and providing ongoing training. Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as needed. Onboard new clients, preparing proposals and engagement letters to ensure compliance.
