Accounts and Operations Assistant - £26,000-£27,500 based in Sunbury A great opportunity for someone with experience in shipping, logistics, exports, imports or supply chain administration who is looking to develop a long-term career within accounts. You may already have exposure to invoices, purchase orders, freight costs, supplier accounts or finance administration - or perhaps you are looking to build on your operational or administrative experience and move further into accounts and finance. Joining a supportive and growing team, you will receive training across both the accounts and operational side of the business, gaining hands-on experience in purchase ledger, sales ledger and day-to-day business operations. This role offers genuine long-term progression and would suit someone organised, detail-focused and eager to develop within a busy commercial environment.Key responsibilities:Assisting with purchase ledger and supplier invoicesAssisting with sales ledger and customer accountsProcessing invoices, orders and account informationSupporting operational and administrative processesLiaising with suppliers, customers and internal departmentsAssisting the wider finance and operations teams with day-to-day dutiesAbout you:Experience within shipping, logistics, exports, imports, freight forwarding or a related administration role would be highly desirableSome exposure to accounts, invoicing, finance administration or reconciliations would be beneficialStrong attention to ..... full job details .....
