You''ll be responsible for a mixture of finance administration and general business support, helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day credit control, monitoring outstanding invoices and maintaining strong customer relationships.Process customer quotations and support the invoicing process.Carry out bank reconciliations using Xero and maintain accurate financial records.Assist with month-end finance processes and support VAT preparation.Coordinate internal and external audit activities and monitor follow-up actions.About YouYou''ll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload.
