We are offering a new role for an Accounts and HR Support professional to join a rapidly growing business in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As part of a tight-knit team, you will support a variety of functions related to finance and human resources, playing a key part in the operational efficiency of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and processing payments, ensuring accurate invoicing
- Recording financial transactions and managing accounts in Sage 50 (proficiency required)
- Assisting with financial planning and forecasting
- Overseeing employee timesheet processing and approval
- Handling HR-related tasks, including the maintenance of employee records, checking right to work and references, organising interviews
- Tracking employee leave and holiday entitlements
- Assisting with recruitment processes and preparing relevant documents for new hires
- Performing various administrative and operational tasks as required
- Responding to professional enquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with external partners and clients

 
Required Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in both accounting and HR roles is essential
- Strong proficiency in using Sage 50 Accounts (3 years)
- High literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-moving environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and external partners
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must

- A valid driving license or reliable transport for commuting to the office location is required
