Our client is a dynamic and expanding Group Training Association with training centres across Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe. They specialise in delivering Level 3 & 4 engineering apprenticeships, higher education, and upskilling programmes to over 300 client companies.

Job Purpose
This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for driving the sales function and supporting the continued success and growth of training services.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class consultative sales experience to both prospective and existing customers across the full range of products and services.
- Achieve agreed personal sales targets.
- Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations using a variety of media and techniques.
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with prospects and clients, ensuring all interactions are recorded in the CRM system.
- Manage and develop a personal pipeline to meet individual and team targets.
- Prepare and present tailored business proposals.
- Conduct sales meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Gather and share market intelligence to support strategic and operational planning.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, learners, client companies, and stakeholders.
- Comply with all relevant health & safety and quality management policies and procedures.
- Organise and participate in meetings, team events, staff meetings, and open days, including taking minutes when required.
- Support the planning and delivery of promotional events, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
Additional Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential.
- The role covers the West Yorkshire area, from Selby through to Leeds and south to Sheffield.
