Accounts and Audit Senior West Midlands Senior Opportunity Independent Practice Progression Potential We are currently representing a highly regarded independent Accountancy Practice looking to appoint an experienced Accounts and Audit Senior into their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking for more than just another compliance role. The Directors are actively looking to build a strong senior team around them and are keen to bring in somebody who wants to become a key part of the future growth of the practice. The position will suit an experienced practice professional who enjoys taking ownership, supporting junior staff and working closely with clients and Directors alike. The Role The role will involve a mix of: Statutory Accounts Preparation Audit assignments Client relationship management Reviewing work Managing workloads and deadlines Supporting and mentoring junior staff Working closely with the Directors on wider practice operations This is a genuinely varied role within a collaborative and supportive environment where your input will be valued.
