Accounts and Audit Senior

A prestigious Chartered Accountants firm is seeking a permanent Audit and Accounts Senior to join their team in South East London. This role will involve working closely with partners and managers to deliver high-quality statutory audit and accounts preparation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring audit/accounts trainees while ensuring that all assignments are planned and executed proficiently. Proven experience in private company audits, including planning and executing onsite audits Extensive knowledge of current auditing standards, analytical reviews, and sampling techniques Significant experience in preparing statutory company accounts under UK GAAP, including those for charities ACA/ACCA qualified or Finalist is essential Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong interpersonal skills with an adaptable and positive attitude Professionalism and courtesy in client interactions This role offers the opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment while working with a dynamic team.
