This South Yorkshire company currently operates with a turnover of approximately -15 million and is looking for an experienced professional to work closely with the Directors and wider management team, providing Payroll, Accounts and HR Admin support for approximately 90 employees. In this role, you''ll be responsible for the company''s internal HR admin requirements, supported by an external HR provider and the other general managers. You''ll oversee employee records, manage investigations and disciplinary matters, and support the onboarding process for new starters. In addition, you''ll have full ownership of the end-to-end payroll function, managing a variety of weekly and monthly payrolls for both permanent and agency staff. Alongside the Payroll and HR admin responsibilities, you''ll also be involved in a broad range of accounting duties.
