This is a part-time role, working 16-20 hours per week, and would suit an experienced finance administrator. You''ll support the day-to-day finance and administration function, working closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.Key responsibilitiesRaising and sending supplier purchase orders using Sage 50Receiving goods and maintaining accurate records on Sage 50Processing and coding supplier invoices, ensuring they are matched to purchase orders and delivery notesReconciling supplier statements and resolving any queriesRaising sales orders and invoicesCarrying out weekly debtor chasing and supporting timely customer paymentsLiaising with suppliers regarding delivery dates and following up on delaysSupporting import/export administration and ensuring goods move through customs efficientlyProviding general finance and site administration support as requiredMaintaining accurate documentation and recordsAbout youPurchase orders and purchase invoicesSales orders, invoicing and credit control/debtor managementSage 50 (desirable) Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/spreadsheetsWorking with suppliers and customersRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for ..... full job details .....
