This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with finance administration or bookkeeping experience who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive team environment.Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will support a range of finance and administrative activities, ensuring accurate record keeping, timely processing of transactions, and excellent day-to-day operational support.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices and maintain accurate financial recordsManage and reconcile company and client account transactionsTrack and record expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with proceduresSupport payment processing and account reconciliationsMonitor and respond to finance-related enquiriesMaintain accounting records using cloud-based systemsChase outstanding documentation and support workflow managementAssist with reporting, administration, and ad hoc finance projectsKey RequirementsPrevious experience in an accounts, finance administration, bookkeeping, or similar roleStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExperience using accounting software, ideally Xero or similar platformsConfident communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProactive ..... full job details .....
