About the Role
An Accounts Administrator position is available in Harwell, offered by Pertemps Reading on a temporary basis. This short-term assignment provides cover during a business relocation and is scheduled to run until October, with potential extension based on demand. Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase orders, sales orders and invoices using Sage 50.
- Matching and processing supplier invoices.
- Liaising with suppliers and chasing deliveries.
- Completing supplier statement reconciliations.
- Supporting credit control and chasing outstanding payments.
- Assisting with import/export administration and customs documentation.
- Providing general finance and administrative support during the relocation.
- Previous accounts or finance administration experience.
- Experience with Sage 50 is desirable.
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- AAT/QBE experience would be advantageous.
