Accounts Administrator
The CompanyAn established and growing privately owned group is looking to strengthen its finance team with the addition of an Accounts Administrator. This is a newly created role offering broad exposure across general accounts within a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You''ll be joining a collaborative, hands-on team in a practical, office-based environment.The RoleAs the Accounts Administrator this role will adapt depending on your strengths and experience. You will play a key part in supporting the finance operations.Key responsibilities include:Processing sales invoices and supporting applications for paymentManaging purchase ledger, including supplier invoice processingCarrying out credit control activities and chasing outstanding paymentsPerforming reconciliations and cash allocationThe PersonYou will ideally have:Experience in a broad transactional finance role (sales ledger, purchase ledger, reconciliations)Experience working in a fast-paced SME or group environmentA proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support across the teamStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlinesAAT qualification (or working towards) is beneficial but not essentialThe BenefitsThe company is a stable, growing business with strong retention and a supportive and team-focused culture with long-term career opportunities. 25 days holiday + bank holidaysHours 9-5pm Monday to Thursday Early finish on Fridays (3pm)Onsite parkingDeath in Service Office Based ..... full job details .....
