Accounts Administrator

Nelson Recruitment Services are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Administrator for one of our clients in the Stechford area. In this role, you will be dealing with general day to day accounts duties, moving onto other administrative duties. You will be facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and be good at problem solving. Previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Navision is preferable Pay: Hourly wage to start 16.72 per hour / weekly pay Responsibilities Loading purchase invoices Paying purchase accounts Reconciling creditors accounts Doing sales invoices Posting payments received Reconciling debtors accounts Producing accurate statements and sending electronically Bank reconciliations General journal entries Understanding of VAT Managing company vehicles Managing company polices How to Apply Please apply with your CV.
