Accounts AdministratorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Finance team at Lancashire Renewables Ltd. working at our Leyland facility. The position is for a fixed term period of 12 months.What you''ll be doingThe Accounts Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations within our organisation. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling purchase and general ledger accounts, administering payroll functions, and providing essential support to the Finance Department. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.What you will bringTo be successful in this position it is essential that you have an AAT Level 3 qualification or the relevant experience in a similar role.You must be able to demonstrate the following experience, skills and knowledge:Demonstrable knowledge of the financial cycle and associated finance dutiesExperience working with financial systems, such as CODA, Iplicit or similarUnderstanding of segregation of duties, governance, and internal controlsProficiency in using payroll software or systems for end-to-end payroll processing.Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their integration with payroll systems.Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle payroll cycles and deadlines.Knowledge of the procure-to-pay processProficiency ..... full job details .....
