Accounts AdministratorManston, East Kent 24,500pa - 25,000pa + holiday, pension, parking and development Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm KHR is working with a leading manufacturer based near the seaside town of Ramsgate, who has an exciting position within their finance team.This will be a predominantly accounts payable role but the daily duties of the Accounts Administrator will include:- Accounts payable processing, weekly supplier payments, reconciliation and reporting- Bank and cash processing, reconciliation and reporting- Month-To-Date, Year-To-Date expense processing, control, reconciliation and reporting- Monthly accrual/prepayment accounting and reporting from the Balance Sheet- Monthly departmental spend- Reconciliation and reporting of annual and monthly spend returns- Monthly Good Received Not Invoice (GRNI) control and reconciliation- Monthly intercompany reconciliation- Adhoc customer service cover, processing sales orders, resolving queries, communicating with customers and colleagues, high attention to detail, and great telephone manner- Accounts receivable processing, credit control, reconciliation - Ad hoc financial analysis/reconciliation- Any other duties reasonably assignedCandidate Profile- 1+ years of experience in a similar finance role- Studying towards or certified in AAT - Achieved relevant A-levels/Degrees - Hold a full UK driving licence- Ability to build relationships with customers and process orders At KHR we take care to ensure that you are ..... full job details .....
