Accounts Administrator

This opportunity offers exposure to a collaborative team and a dynamic settingYour new roleAs an Accounts Administrator on a temporary basis, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial data. Your responsibilities will include:Resolving customer claims and raising/tracking credit notesCompleting supplier statement reconciliationsProcessing card payments and preparing daily reportsConducting monthly sales ledger analysis and calculating reservesRaising manual invoices and payment requisitionsProducing weekly and daily reports as requiredLiaising with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholdersSupporting with purchase invoice and credit queriesAssisting with ad hoc finance duties and providing departmental cover when requiredYou will report into a senior member of the finance team and work closely with colleagues across the wider business.What you''ll need to succeedPrevious finance experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skillsA proactive and adaptable approach to workAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentA willingness to learn and develop through on-the-job trainingWhat you''ll get in returnThe opportunity to gain valuable experience within a busy finance teamExposure to a fast-moving and commercially focused environmentA supportive ..... full job details .....
