Accounts Administrator Birmingham £28,000 - £32,000 Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (On-site) We are supporting a well-established business based in Birmingham who is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join its head office finance team. This is a varied role that will support day-to-day finance operations while also providing assistance to payroll activities. This position would suit someone with previous accounts administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Processing and posting purchase invoices, ensuring all documentation is correctly matched and recorded. Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries. Posting bank transactions, employee expenses and company card expenditure. Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate financial records. Supporting month-end finance processes and reporting activities. Preparing payment runs for approval. Liaising with internal departments to resolve financial and invoice-related issues. Assisting with payroll processing and responding to payroll queries. Providing general administrative support to the finance function as required. About You Previous experience within an accounts, finance administration or bookkeeping role. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
