Responsibilities: Process incoming tenant rents, reconciling service charge accounts and ensuring correct funds are allocated to landlords. Accounts Payable: Processing, coding, and paying contractor and supplier invoices for property maintenance and repairs. Registering tenant deposits with authorized protection schemes and processing release payments at the end of tenancies. Reconciliations: Performing weekly or monthly reconciliations for client bank accounts and tenant deposit accounts. Monitoring rent arrears, sending follow-up reminders to tenants, and escalating uncollected payments.
