Search are currently recruiting an Finance Administrator for a growing technology business based in Leeds City Centre who are looking to add to their small finance team!

Job Duties:

  • Processing of supplier invoices and dealing with queries
  • Bank reconciliations across multiple currencies
  • Weekly expense processing
  • Cash Allocation and bank reconciliations
  • Credit Control - calling clients for overdue payments in line with payment terms
  • Dealing with pro formas
  • Maintaining financial accuracy on the systems

Successful candidate will possess:

  • Worked in a similar role previously
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Work to timed deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft proficient

  • Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 or 08:00 - 16:30 - Friday 08:30 - 15:30
