Are you a highly skilled accounts professional with a meticulous eye for detail? Then we might just have the role for you!
Our client is looking for a skilled Accounts Administrator to take on a crucial role in their Warminster Office. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records with a high degree of accuracy and integrity. This includes managing purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Record and post daily financial transactions to the appropriate ledgers.
- Verify the accuracy of all financial data and ensure correct entries across the supplier, customer, and general ledgers.
- Prepare accounts to the trial balance stage.
- Conduct partial audits of the posting process to ensure data integrity.
- Complete and submit relevant tax forms.
- Manage data entry, maintain comprehensive records, and generate financial reports and statements.
- Efficiently process accounts receivable and payable, as well as handle payroll in a timely manner.
Your Sills & Expereince:
- Proven expereince in a similar accounts role
- AAT qualified, or working towards your AAT Level 1
- Exceptional data entry skills & a strong aptitude for numerical data
- Proficiency in accounting software
