Accounts Administrator

Are you an experienced accounts assistant or administrator, seeking a stable, local opportunity within a reputable construction company? We are partnering with our client to find a highly skilled, detail-oriented Accounts Administrator who can bring extensive expertise and reliability to their finance team.
About the Role:
Our client is a well-established construction firm, known for its solid reputation and commitment to quality. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing core financial processes, with clear pathways for career progression to an Accounts Manager role. While familiarity with the CIS scheme is advantageous, training can be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate entry of supplier and sub-contractor purchase invoices
- Reconciling statements at month-end and preparing relevant documentation for payments
- Entering and maintaining project/job data within the company’s finance system
- Supporting financial reporting and administrative processes as required
Candidate Profile:
- Over 20 years of experience in an administration or account’s role, ideally within construction or a related industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Committed to long-term career development with a view to progressing into management roles
- Local to Bromley or nearby, with a desire to work within the community
